The equipment: all our mountain bikes are in very good condition, revised before each departure, and a helmet will be provided. Safety is the watchword of our exceptional cycling collaborators. It is strongly recommended to come in pants and closed shoes, without personal effects, or in a backpack. Wear protection in front of the face, mask style to protect your respiratory openings (nose and mouth), and elbow and knee pads if you wish.
