Day 1: WELCOME IN ISTANBUL - Istanbul Cappadocia Antalya 8-day tour
- Arrival in ISTANBUL according to flight schedules.
- Welcome by your guide and transfer to the charming hotel in the old town.
Free dinner and accommodation.
Day 2:
- Classic city tours. Capital of 3 empires in history.
- Visit the Cathedral of Hagia Sophia from the 6th century.
- Visit the Topkapi Palace which was the residence of the Ottoman Sultans from the 15th to the 19th century.
- Visit the Blue Mosque from the 17th century, decorated with splendid Iznik tiles.
- Lunch in a Turkish specialty restaurant.
- In the afternoon, the Basilica Cistern, the Byzantine-era water reserve with 336 columns.
- The day ends with a tour of the Grand Bazaar, a real labyrinth with 4000 shops.
- Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 3:
- Morning visit to the district of the Golden Horn.
- Pierre Loti's café where you can have a beautiful view of the Golden Horn, a jewel of the Byzantine era, the Church of St. Sauveur in Chora, and the beautiful 16th-century Suleymaniye Mosque.
- After lunch we visit the always colorful and lively spice market.
- The day ends with a boat trip on the Bosphorus.
- Return to the hotel, and dinner.
Day4:
- Crossing by the bridge of the Bosphorus in Asia, visit the hill of Camlica to have a panoramic view of the city.
- Lunch and transfer to the airport for a flight to Cappadocia.
- Arrival in Cappadocia, dinner, and accommodation in a cave hotel.
Day 5:
- Visits of Cappadocia, the 10th-century cave churches of Goreme, decorated with frescoes on the Christological Cycle.
- Stops at the villages of Uchisar and Cavusin.
- After lunch, visit an underground city, the refuge of the first Christians.
- Visit the valleys with fairy chimneys of Dervent and Love.
- In the evening a dinner show in a troglodyte restaurant.
Day 6:
- A flight in a Hot air balloon.
- After lunch we have a transfer to Kayseri airport and fly to Antalya.
- Dinner and accommodation in a charming hotel in Kaleici, the old port district.
Day 7:
- Visits to the waterfalls of Düden, the old port.
- Visit one of the largest jewelry stores in Turkey where you can admire unique pieces and sets with precious stones; Turkey is currently ranked 2nd in the world in this area.
- Visit the Archaeological Museum of Antalya.
- Dinner and hotel.
Day 8:
- Transfer to the airport for a return flight or extension to a 5 * hotel in Antalya.
