Day 2: Istanbul - Bolu
The morning is devoted to discovering the essential monuments of Istanbul.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit the Istanbul Hippodrome, the construction of which was ordered by Septimius Severus.
- Discover the internationally renowned Blue Mosque, whose interior is lined with turquoise earthenware, and its domes form a striking complex.
- Visit Hagia Sophia, built in the 6th century under the Byzantine Empire and one of the three largest churches in the world.
- Discovery of the Topkapi Palace, former residence of the Ottoman Sultans for more than 5 centuries.
- Lunch.
- Way to Bolu (or Ankara).

Day 3: Ankara - Cappadocia

- Ankara, now the administrative capital of Turkey, is the historic heart of the country and a communications hub.
- A visit to the Mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, a sober but gigantic construction, in honor of the "Father of the Turkish Republic".
- Lunch in town.
- Departure to Cappadocia, with a photo stop in a huge salt lake, where shopping for local cosmetics made from salt extract from the same lake is possible.
- Arrival in Cappadocia, a meeting point for different civilizations since the Neolithic period in cellar cities. This region also welcomed the first Christians of the world, who bequeathed a grandiose architectural wealth.

Day 4: Cappadocia
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Excursion to this region shaped by fairy chimneys, shaped by volcanic eruptions and erosion. Cappadocia has a landscape that looks like it came from another planet. Change of scenery is guaranteed! The troglodyte churches have a panoply of remarkably well-preserved frescoes, especially in the Göreme valley, connected by an underground system.

- Discovery of the archaeological site of Hierapolis.
- Departure to Ephesus.
- Lunch.
- Visit Ephesus, the holy city of Artemis, home to amazingly well-preserved temples, fountains, squares, an amphitheater, and a library.
- Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 7: Ephesus - Bursa
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure to Bursa.
- Lunch.
- Discovery of Bursa, nicknamed "the green city", known to be the first capital of the Ottomans. The main points of interest are the Silk Market, Green Mausoleum, and the Great Mosque.
- Dinner and night at the hotel.
Day 8: Bursa - Istanbul
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Way to Iznik or "Nicaea", a town dedicated to porcelain from the time of the Sultans.
- Visit the Church of Saint Sophia and the Green Mosque.
- Way back to Istanbul.
- Optional activity in Istanbul: walk on the Bosphorus to explore the green shores of Europe and Asia to contemplate the traditional wooden villas of yesteryear: the "yalis", but also the palaces of the Sultans, the small villages of fishermen.
