Metropol Mall in Istanbul is located in the residential and business district of Atasehir, on the outskirts on the Asian side. This part of Istanbul is quiet but not really interesting for the tourist.
It is still worth spending a little time there because the new Metropol Mall in Istanbul opened in September 2019 after four years of work. There is a beautiful botanical garden and a mosque. Also, cultural events are regularly organized there.
The new Metropol Mall is a gigantic shopping complex at the foot of towers of very modern and high-end housing. Facing the shopping arcades existing for years, this shopping center arises interest and invites for a nice walk in the surroundings.
It is nice to come and discover the shops, cinemas, playgrounds, restaurants, performance hall… outside as inside, Metropol new shopping center has been carried out in a modern architecture which stands out by its futuristic decor.
